Booking the hall

To request to book Church House, please check the calendar (shown below) to find out if the hall is available at your desired time and then fill in our booking request form or call the booking secretary, Christine Porter, on 01963 250821.

Use of the below calendars

Most bookings are for the Main Hall.  However, if (SP Rm) is shown in the title to the event on the calendar then the Main Hall is available for hire at that time.

Note: If there is no mention of a time zone in the grey bar at the bottom of the calendar, all events are shown in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) which does not take into account British Summertime so events between the last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October are shown an hour earlier than they actually are.
